This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through LeadBuildLive.com, LarryBoatright.com, and any related coaching, consulting, courses, communities, or digital products (“Services”).



SECTION 1. OVERVIEW

Our goal is to provide high-value resources, coaching, and training for leaders. Because many of our Services include immediate digital access or personalized time and expertise, our refund terms vary by product category. Each category is outlined clearly below.



SECTION 2. COURSES – 30 DAY REFUND GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day refund period for standalone digital courses.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you engaged with the course content and attempted to apply the material. This may include completing the worksheets, watching core lessons, or attempting the exercises.

Refunds will not be granted if you have completed a substantial portion of the course or downloaded the majority of the course materials.

After 30 days, all course sales are final and non-refundable.



SECTION 3. PAID COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS – 14 DAY REFUND WINDOW

Paid community memberships (including any monthly or annual membership program) include a 14-day refund window beginning on the day of your initial purchase.

Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund if the community is not a good fit for you.

After the 14-day window:
• All payments become final
• No refunds will be issued
• You may cancel future billing at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current paid term

Refunds are not granted for past months or unused time.



SECTION 4. COACHING AND CONSULTING – NO REFUNDS

All payments for coaching and consulting services are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• 1:1 Executive Coaching
• Leadership or Team Coaching
• Group Coaching Programs
• Organizational Consulting
• Workshops, Trainings, and Executive Development Engagements

Coaching and consulting require time, scheduling, preparation, and personalized expertise. Because these services begin immediately upon purchase and involve reserved time slots, no refunds will be issued.

If you need to reschedule a session, you may request a new time, subject to availability.



SECTION 5. PAYMENT PLANS

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Payment plans cannot be paused, cancelled, or refunded once initiated. Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to courses, communities, or other Services.



SECTION 6. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND TEMPLATES

All digital downloads, templates, PDFs, and instant-access resources are final and non-refundable.


SECTION 7. DUPLICATE CHARGES OR BILLING ERRORS

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, or if a technical error occurred, we will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge.
